dc.description.abstractThis paper presents a practical study on the installation and implementation of the Jotform Al Chatbot on a Weebly-based academic library website. It examines the role of Al chatbots in enhancing library reference services, describes the step-by-step installation process on the Weebly platform, and evaluates the advantages and limitations of using Jotform AI Chatbot for virtual reference support. The study finds that Jotform AI Chatbot is a cost-effective, easy-to-use, and efficient tool that enables academic libraries to strengthen their digital reference services without requiring advanced technical expertise.
