Even though the concept of women entrepreneurs came into existence many years ago, the problems faced by them are rapidly increasing. The paper focuses on the various problems faced by the women entrepreneurs in Goa. The main objective of the paper is to analyse various problems faced by the women entrepreneurs and to find out the association between demographic profile & overall problems faced by them. The research is purely based on primary data i.e. questionnaire Method is used to collect the data from 104 respondents. The Variables used in the research are Personal, financial, human resource, Manpower, natural Resources of raw –Materials, technological, infrastructural & administrative problems & the techniques used are Descriptive Statistics, Chi Squared Test & Regression Analysis.
